Absolutely. Our hybrid production approach means one seamless crew captures both stills and motion simultaneously. This saves you time, budget, and keeps the visual language consistent across all deliverables — a full content library in a single day.

Yes — we travel regularly throughout Colorado and nationally for commercial projects. International work is also available. Travel fees are billed at cost and included transparently in your proposal upfront. No surprises.

Learn how to lock in your shoot date, what our process looks like, and how we handle reschedules.

We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks before your desired shoot date for standard projects, and 6–8 weeks for larger productions or events. Our calendar fills quickly — especially April through October. That said, we always try to accommodate urgent timelines.
It starts with a discovery call where we learn about your vision, goals, and timeline. We then send a detailed proposal covering creative approach, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Once you approve and submit your deposit, you’re officially on the calendar.
Reschedules made 7+ days before your shoot are accommodated at no charge (once, subject to availability). Cancellations within 72 hours of the shoot date forfeit the deposit. All policies are clearly outlined in your project agreement.
Yes — many clients prefer golden hour shoots at sunrise or sunset, and weekend availability is common for events and lifestyle sessions. Weekend and evening bookings may carry a small scheduling premium depending on crew requirements.

Transparent pricing, no surprises. Here’s everything you need to know about rates, packages, deposits, and how we invoice.

Every project is scoped individually. Half-day photography sessions start around $1,200; full commercial video productions typically range $3,500–$12,000+ depending on crew, editing complexity, and deliverables. We provide fully itemized proposals after a discovery call — no vague estimates.

Yes — many brand clients work with us on monthly or quarterly retainers for ongoing content creation. Retainer packages offer priority scheduling, reduced per-shoot rates, and a dedicated creative team that deeply understands your brand.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of your final files. For multi-day or large-scale productions, milestone-based payment plans are available. We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and business checks.

Never. Our proposals are fully itemized — crew, equipment, editing, licensing, and applicable travel are all accounted for. The only additions that ever arise are client-requested scope changes after approval, which we always discuss before proceeding.

What to expect when your files land in your inbox — turnaround times, formats, revision rounds, and how to access your gallery.

Photography turnaround is typically 5–10 business days. Video editing runs 2–4 weeks depending on length and complexity. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Your specific timeline is confirmed and written into your project agreement.
Photo packages typically include 25–100+ fully edited selects per half-day session. Video deliverables are scoped per project — for example, one 90-second hero film plus three 15-second social cuts. If we capture something exceptional, you’ll see it in your gallery.
Yes — every project includes a structured review round. For photography, you’ll receive a curated proof gallery to select your favorites. For video, you’ll receive a rough cut with a feedback window. One full round of revisions is included as standard.
Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs (RAW files available on request). Videos are delivered as MP4s in 4K or 1080p, optimized for your platform — web, social, or broadcast. All files are shared via a private, password-protected online gallery or secure cloud link.
